Earlier this year, when I walked into Otterbein University's renovated student center for training day, I could sense the team's apprehension about the new AV upgrade. But within an hour of hands-on training, their anxiety transformed into pure enthusiasm as they discovered how effortlessly the system responded to their needs. Seeing them realize they could focus on impacting students instead of wrestling with complicated tech perfectly captures why we do this work.
