Clearpoint Proposal Terms & Conditions, updated 3/25/25

Dear valued partners,

Attached pdf outlines the updated terms of service for Clearpoint Technology and Design. These terms will apply to all projects starting March 25, 2025. These changes will allow Clearpoint to reinvest resources into expanding our skilled installation team and continue providing you with the highest quality service.

Key changes include:

* Clearpoint will maintain a simple two-invoice system.

* The first invoice will cover all materials and 25% of the total labor cost.

* The second invoice will cover the remaining 75% of the labor cost.

* Payment terms remain at 15 days from the date of invoice.
